We're excited to introduce powerful new features that help you measure programme impact and create a more engaging community presence. This release brings advanced survey analytics, a customisable About Page, and improvements that make navigating pathways and badges smoother than ever.

Advanced Survey Analytics and Impact Measurement

Get deeper insights into how your programmes are making a difference with new advanced impact statistics. Available at the pathway, provider, and community levels, these analytics show you the real-world impact of your work.

The new impact section provides comprehensive insights into programme effectiveness across three key areas:

• Hard Outcomes - Track tangible results like employment status, qualifications achieved, and other measurable achievements
• Distance Travelled - See how participants' confidence and motivation change over time, measuring the journey from baseline through completion and beyond
• Demographic Data - Understand programme impact across different participant groups with anonymised demographic insights

All impact statistics are fully anonymised and aggregated. Individual responses are never identifiable, and statistics are automatically protected when participant counts are low. This ensures complete privacy for participants whilst providing you with meaningful insights into programme effectiveness. You'll also see contribution metrics highlighting which aspects of your programmes are most effective, detailed breakdowns of survey responses, invited counts, and stats cards that make it easy to understand response patterns at a glance.

Your weekly summary emails now automatically include survey statistics, so you can stay on top of programme performance without logging in. Each email features highlights with clickable links to your top-performing content, plus up/down trend indicators showing 7-day changes to help you quickly spot improvements or areas needing attention.

We've added clear explanations for average confidence and motivation statistics, making it easier to interpret your data. All demographic and impact data are presented in an anonymised format, ensuring participants' privacy is protected at all times.

Customisable About Pages for Communities

Create a compelling first impression with our new About Page feature. The About Page (previously called Landing Page) is now the first tab visitors see on your public community page, giving you full control over how your community is presented.

Customise your page by embedding YouTube videos, toggling the hero section on or off, and adding custom "More Information" buttons that direct visitors to specific resources. Manage everything easily from the admin sidebar, and create a more engaging experience that helps potential members understand what your community offers.

Smoother Pathway and Badge Experience

We've streamlined the learning journey with several improvements:

• Clearer Navigation - When learners start a pathway or complete a survey, they're taken directly to their assertion page, making it easier to see their progress and achievements
• Integrated Surveys - Surveys now appear as pathway steps, making them feel like a natural part of the learning journey rather than separate tasks
• Discover Badges Easier - Issued badge pages now include an "Earn this badge" link, helping viewers understand how to achieve each badge

Improved Admin Tools

We've made several improvements to help admins work more efficiently:

• Clickable Stats Cards - Click any stats card to jump directly to detailed statistics, saving you time navigating between pages
• Better Copy Functionality - Copy emails and billing information from tables with improved copy functionality
• Bulk Issue Guidance - When issuing badges to more than 100 recipients, you'll see a helpful note about batched processing
• Enhanced Weekly Emails - Your summary emails now include highlights with clickable links, 7-day trend indicators, and survey statistics, so you can stay informed
• Improved Email Delivery - We've improved email formatting to ensure your emails reach their destination reliably

Legal and Privacy Updates

We've updated our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions to reflect current platform features and provide clearer information about how we handle your data.
